Yes, you read it right. Eat less, by Eating More. Scientists believe that if you eat a healthy snack more than once daily, would rather be much better than eating a bag of cookies or pretzels. The cookies or pretzels will leave you hungrier throughout the day and will eventually make you eat more. Eating healthy snacks, or bites, throughout the day will leave your tummy satisfied and healthy.
9. Drink Coffee to Have a Better Nap
What? Seriously? I thought it was that Coffee I had that kept me alert and not able to sleep. Apparently, a Japanese study found out that Coffee Drinkers who consume “200 milligrams” of caffeine (equivalent to one or two cups of coffee) and immediately taking a 20-minute nap afterwards are better off relaxing and performing better on computer tests after their nap.
8. Ditch Diet Soda to Lose Weight
Although Diet Soda has been known to be a healthier option for people looking to lose weight and following dietary plans, it is not relatively true. Diet Soda replaces regular sugar used in sodas with other substitutes that may contain higher calories. Studies from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health state that, “Individuals who drink diet soda typically have a higher BMI (Body Mass Index) and consume more snack food than those who drink sugary beverages.”
The study also suggests that obese and overweight adults looking to lose weight must also look into the components of their solid-food, particularly sweet snacks, in addition to watching their type of beverage intake.
7. Exercising When Tired
It’s the end of a long day, and you are absolutely not in the mood to exercise. However, exercising for 30-minutes after feeling tired would re-energize your body and improve your overall mood. You will definitely feel freshened and in a better physique than you were before the exercise. Also, exercising every day will help you sleep better at night, especially if you have a lot going on in your mind.

Instead, make sure each one of you spends time with their friends, and running their daily lives without having the other partner around all day long, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a healthy option to separate a few activities from being together. For instance, try spending sometime a week with your friends and relatives rather with you partner. This will actually make you miss each other, which increases and improves the love between you two.

Gamble, the immediate past president of the Academy of General Dentistry suggests waiting 30 to 60 minutes before brushing your teeth after consuming food and beverages, in order to protect your dental health.

Energy drinks contain up to 5 times more caffeine than coffee. Their energy boost however comes with unpleasant side effects that include stress, hypertension, nervousness, irritability, and rapid irregular heartbeats. Health.com states that “energy drinks often contain high levels of taurine, a central nervous system stimulant, and upwards of 50 grams of sugar per can (that’s 13 teaspoons worth!)”

Arabs know this too well. You can see people in the deserts drinking hot tea during a sunny hot day to cool off. The reason is as you drink a hot beverage your body senses the temperature and start sweating; as it sweats your body cools off.
